I contacted Kendra on a Thursday. By Friday she had a mortgage company in contact with me and by Tuesday we had seen 2 houses. The first mortgage company wasn't responding quickly, so she had another company contact us. Kendra is very quick to respond. She is very nice and friendly! Due to our financial situation we are not buying a home at this time, but when we are ready, she will be the only realtor we call!

The overall experience was a roller coaster but was more to do with the overall process of selling and trying to buy at the same time. I am very happy with the outcome and I know at times it was stressful but I appreciate all Kendra has done to make this happen for us and get the money we needed to buy another home. Things started out slow which i believe was due to Kendra being a new realtor for us and her first home sale. Even though things started out shakey for us at the beginning as time went on we could see Kendra's confidence grow which gave us more confidence. I feel she fought hard for us to get everything we wanted and needed to sell our current home and buy a new place. Even when a problem arose with the appraisal being done incorrectly she stepped right in and fought for us to get resolved quickly.  My feedback would be to just keep the buyer updated even when there hasn't been any movement and let the buy or seller know all the details of the contract even if its in writing *Example -immediate posession :-) I would highly recommend Kendra as a realtor even though she may be starting out she has a very caring heart to make sure she does the best job she can for her clients.
